Strengthening Communities Through
wholistic counselling and training in Owen Sound

Trish Meekins
MSW, RSW, CCH, CYW
As a registered social worker and certified consulting hypnotist, Trish provides individual and group counselling, to promote a healthy lifestyle in the four aspects of self; spiritual, emotional, conceptual and physical. Trish uses her academic and hypnosis training as well as her Indigenous teachings, to help others live their life in balance. You may recognize some of these therapies as western models, yet many of our Indigenous ways of knowing have been our way for thousands of years. Trish has a unique way of using all that she has learned to customize a healing path that you can both agree on.
With Trish’s vast experience in helping to address the root of the matter, to help with the side effects that often cause “dis-ease.” Together, new solutions to your challenges will be discovered, whether you are dealing with, anxiety, depression, addictions, grief, low self-esteem or just struggling to find purpose in life.
